Abstract: In optical radiation measurement, trap detection technology is an important detecting technology, and the trap detector is a major methods of keeping and transferring optical radiation power benchmark value. InGaAs trap detector is often as optical radiation transfer standard in 900nm to 1 700nm. In view of the requirements of dissemination in the near infrared band, InGaAs trap detector is developed by the trap detection technology, and the performance test was performed in this article. Test results show: the absolute spectral response rate of the trap detector was 0.709 8A/W at 1 064nm, and the uncertainty of measurement is 0.1%; The nonlinear index of the spectral response is better than 0.999 93 within the 0.1mW~3mW; The non stability of the measurement results is better than 0.004 95% in an hour; The spatial heterogeneity of the trap detector is better than 0.05%, All performance parameters from the tests meet the technical requirements as a transfer standard.
