In order to make the output impedance of general instruments match with the characteristic impedance of coaxial conical, and then reduce the echo reflection, a matching section is designed. S parameters with three different kinds of impedance gradient matching sections such as index gradient line, triangle gradient line and klopfenstein gradient line are compared respectively. VRSW of matching sections are simulated respectively with changing inner conductor or outer conductor, the results show that the matching section of impedance index gradient with inner conductor changing has a good characteristic with standing wave less than 1.2 under 10GHz, less than 2.5 under 20GHz.

This paper researched the waveguide-to-microstrip antipodal finline transition at W band, analyzed and simulated antipodal finline transition of Cosine-squared taper function curve and flexible spline curve, designed and fabricated an spline curve antipodal finline transition of backtoback structure. The measured results show that the insertion loss is less than 1.3dB, and the return loss is less than -13dB in whole W band, the insertion loss of a single transition is less than 1.0dB, and the return loss is less than -20dB in (90~99)GHz, achieve good performance.

Because of the shortage of image about echo simulator for Synthetic Aperture Radar, a method for measuring image parameters of radar signal is presented. According to this method, a set of device for simulator for radar scene image echo calibration is established. The paper includes some useful processing methods which realize the calibration of the image, such as quadrature demodulation, pulse compressing, image algorithm, filter algorithm and so on.

A calibration method of XH3596 series of frequency stability tester without doubling output is introduced. By analyzing the structure and working principle of XH3596 series of frequency stability tester, using the internal counting unit instead of the external counter, presetting the frequency difference of measured signal and reference signal from the input port, comparing with the numerical value and measured numerical value, the calibration problem of XH3596 series of frequency stability tester metrological characteristic has been solved. And the evaluation of uncertainty in measurement for sensitivity and maximum relative frequency difference have been given. Because of this paper, the gaps of Nation Regulation of Metrology Verification of P.R.C and Calibration Specification have been filled, and it also provides reference calibration for other the similar principle of frequency comparator.

Device delay is the main error source in two-way satellite time and frequency transfer system. It is crucial to calibrate the delay in order to achieve highly accurate time comparison. According to the principle of two-way satellite time and frequency transfer, delay calibration based on portable station is introduced for two way satellite time frequency transfer system. In the engineering practice, due to the limit of reality, the method of calibration is modified, and the device delay of two-way satellite time and frequency transfer system is calibrated based on this method.

Coherent Population Trapping (CPT) atomic clock is a new type of atomic clock with low-power, small volume and excellent stability. In this paper, to optimize the digital filtering algorithm of miniature CPT atomic clock, we use Cascade Integrator Comb (CIC) filter as the front filter and low order FIR filter as the end filter. In the case of the same noise suppression radio, new filtering module has saved logic resources and reduced power consumption. Based on the above design, the filtering module reaches the filtering effect of 55dB and saves about 42% of FPGA logic resources.

In optical radiation measurement, trap detection technology is an important detecting technology,and the trap detector is a major methods of keeping and transferring optical radiation power benchmark value. InGaAs trap detector is often as optical radiation transfer standard in 900nm to 1 700nm. In view of the requirements of dissemination in the near infrared band, InGaAs trap detector is developed by the trap detection technology, and the performance test was performed in this article. Test results show: the absolute spectral response rate of the trap detector was 0.709 8A/W at 1 064nm, and the uncertainty of measurement is 0.1%; The nonlinear index of the spectral response is better than 0.999 93 within the 0.1mW~3mW; The non stability of the measurement results is better than 0.004 95% in an hour; The spatial heterogeneity of the trap detector is better than 0.05%, All performance parameters from the tests meet the technical requirements as a transfer standard.

The principle and experiment system of single-photon detector quantum efficiency measurement by correlated photons are introduced, and a set of measurement and control software for the system is established and developed. Based on LabVIEW standard state machine, the software is consist of “laser configuration”, “coincidence measurement” and “generate report”, etc. branches, which was wrote with VISA, ActiveX and report generation toolkit. State machine switches its branches to call each function program. The actual applications show that, the software, with a friendly interface and a high dependability, is able to use for singlephoton detector quantum efficiency measurement.

Specialized test equipment (STE) for aerospace product should be accurate, reliable and traceable, and it is recognized by both STE manufacturers and users. Five traditional methods for calibrating STE are described. Because most STE have characteristics of operating complexity, excessive parameters and bad mobility, traditional STE calibrating methods are complicated, low efficient and expensive. A new method that portable and multifunctional calibrating instrument is applied to the field STE calibrating is introduced, and it is proved by two cases. At last uncertainty of the new STE calibrating method is analyzed.

UAV simulator is a set of ground support equipment, used to flying Cooperative training and testing of ground control device. The device achieved by simulation of electrical interface and logic relation between of UAV and ground control device, and it also can simulate the whole process of air flight of UAV. The equipment adopts the embedded computer, which uses CPCI bus structure and VxWorks operating system. It has the function of serial communication and UDP network communication, and of graphic human-machine interface.
