Abstract: The transistors burn-in screen machine is the colibration equipment in triode of superpower and low power(both NPN and PNP) ,diodes and so on. The influence quantities are putted such as voltage, current, on transistors and integrated circuit to check the reliability of transistor. The calibration methods of base voltage, collector voltage, collector current and the differences between the methods in one parameter are discussed.
