Abstract: The replicate light-tube is widely used in the optical angle measuring system，its manufacturing error directly influences the transfer accuracy. The expression formula between manufacturing error in different direction and the light transfer deflexion was derived, based on the theoretical analysis of optical transfer characteristic. Several measurement methods were provided for different using states.
