The goal of virtual experiment system is to supply right simulation base and design gist for error analysis by virtual experiment, which reveals the process of erecting aircrafts. The model is fabricated which reveals the setting up process of aircraft launch. Based on the mathematic model, the whole erecting process was imitated by the simulation technology of three-dimensional vision technology. The working principle and characteristic of one dimension PSD are introduced, and a method that uses PSD as position sensor to achieve zero tracking is proposed. According to the method, a series of high speed, high accuracy signal processing circuit, software arithmetic and key technologies are expounded. In order to realize automatic verification of industrial thermal resistance and improve test efficiency and accuracy of value transfer, an industrial thermal resistance automatic verification system is designed. According to the thermal resistance verification principle and idea of automatic verification, the system hardware structure and the operation steps of calibrating system are described. System uses the temperature measuring bridge and low potential scan switch, the automatic conversion of line connection method from two to three can be realized in industrial platinum resistance verification. As a development platform, VB is used to achieve automatic temperature control, data acquisition and output word statements in operating system software. The practical application shows that the system has the advantages of reasonable structure, convenient software operation, accurate and reliable value transfer.

The phenomenon that servo table positioning interfered by steady speed table rotating was analysis among linear accelerating table on testing accuracy of accelerometer. The weight of equipment is brought forward to be within the allowable range, as far as possible to make the centroid of equipment close to the servo table rotary center, and use other loads to balance it if required. It has reduced disturbance torque caused by rotation of steady speed table and improved the stability of the test axis positioning, and ensured positioning accuracy to fulfil the test.

According to the demand of high accuracy stabilized platform of shipborne, combining two-stage stabilized platform scheme was designed. Coarse stage stabilized platform is an intestinally stabilized platform including a two-degree-of-freedom gyro and two accelerometres. For the connatural precision of the gyro, a basal steady state was obtained by the coarse stage stabilized platform which ensured seeing the target. In order to reach the highaccuracy target tracking, and avoiding the shake of the sight axis, and result in the blurry image, the accurate stage stabilized platform was designed. Combing twostage stabilized platform is analyzed and designed. The structural design and ANSYS analyses were introduced and analyzed particularly.

In order to meet the requirement of the miniature Coherent Population Trapping (CPT) atomic frequency standard, we have studied a small-size and low power consumption microwave circuit. By means of ADS simulation, we have designed and realized small size and lower dissipation microwave circuit with a step recovery diode as the nonlinear device, and the microstrip guiding microwave. The size of the circuit is 20mm×10mm and power consumption is less than 10mW. The measured results show that when the power of input 569.5MHz signal is 6dBm, the circuit generates the wanted 3417MHz microwave signal with -9dBm output power, the output microwave satisfies the requirement of the designed CPT atomic frequency standard.

The ionosphere errors are corrected in Two-way satellite time and frequency transfer(TWSTFT) using the ionosphere data provided by IGS. The ionosphere total electron content(TEC) is released by IGS at fixed time and geographic grid. The TEC of pierce point at requisite time is calculated by spatial four grids interpolation algorithms and temporal two linear interpolation algorithms. Then it is used to TWSTFT corrected after some processing. The results show that the ionosphere effect on C-band is about (0~0.5)ns range. It is must be considered for time comparison at sub-nanosecond level. The ionosphere product provided by IGS is suit TWSTFT ionosphere correction. It has the advantages of simple method, low cost and high accuracy.

In target positioning system, which is based on the matching of local characteristic points, the proportion of false matching points directly impacts positioning accuracy. In traditional SIFT method, in order to guarantee there are enough matching points during the matching process, usually a minor statistic field is selected. But this results in false matching because it loses relevance of surrounding fields. In order to improve the accuracy of positioning, presents an improved SIFT characteristic descriptor, which introduces PCA statistic characteristics into traditional SIFT local descriptors. In this way, a higher correct matching ratio is obtained. Traditional filtering algorithm of SIFT false matching (e.g.: NN method) loses too much correct matching while filtering out the false ones. To further reduce the false matches, proposes a second filtering which is based on the NN method, using the matching points’ coordinate information. Experiments show that this positioning method’s accuracy is better than traditional ones.

The test methods of the surface resistance and the electrostatic inductive peak voltage of anti-electrostatic shielding bags are introduced. The characteristics of these methods are summarized. Inductive energy method from America standard is fully analysed. The advantages of anti-electrostatic shielding bag inductive energy test method are listed which using HBM model and current probe and a digital storage oscilloscope capable of a 200MHz single short bandwidth and minimum sampling rate of 500M samples per second to reduce the test errors.
