    This paper introduces a new technology - WR technology (White Rabbit) which is developed on the basis of Precision Clock Synchronization Protocol (PTP). Combined with synchronoμs Ethernet and double mixing time difference method, the slave clock is dynamically calibrated by continuoμs high-precision measurement of link loop delay between this two clocks to achieve sub-nanosecond or picosecond precision synchronization of master clock and slave clock. This article first introduces the history of WR development and the main technologies contained in WR, then tells the role WR plays in some scientific fields. Finally, it proposes the future application of WR in other fields.

    The significance of metrology during aligning and building large scale spacecraft is briefly introduced, it includes dimensional accuracy inspection, posture inspection, moment monitoring and deformation monitoring , and so on. Metrology tools , techniques and applications in some top aerospace corporation, such as NASA, ESA, CAST, are listed and specifications and theories are analyzed. With the increasing of spacecraft volume and assembly precision, some new metrologies are being studied and some new type of metrology system are being developed. Multi-system fusion metrology, new survey sensors and some type automated measurement equipments are focused.

    The lack of uncertainty of noise parameters standards often impedes the calibration of noise parameters systems. In this paper, a measurement model for noise parameters standards was derived and the evaluating of measurement uncertainty of noise parameters standards using Monte Carlo method was proposed. Based on MATLAB Integrated Development Environment, we developed a dedicated software for evaluating noise parameters standards’ measurement uncertainty , and this software can customized noise parameters uncertainty in both sweep and point frequency modes. Furthermore, the calculation results include not only the best estimate of noise parameters and its uncertainty, but also the probability density distribution of standard Value of noise parameters. By comparison, the result was proved correct and reasonable.

    Designs the structure and production processes of the micro-scale linear distance specimens, produced a periodic dimension of 1μm~10μm specimens. Case with periodic dimension 1μm and 10μm of the linearity, uniformity, stability of the specimens. The results showed that the design of linear distance standard specimen periodic dimension and design values are basically the same, good stability, and compared with the standard sample of VLSI. Analysis results show that the trial developed micron linear distance specimens meets the homogeneity of VLSI specimen quality quite.

    Oven-controlled crystal oscillators are widely used in the military electronic equipment and civilian communications because of their great frequency stability and low phase noise. This paper presents a 100MHz small-size OCXO. The size is 25.4mm×25.4mm×12.7mm and a SC cut crystal resonator is used. The oscillating part is a modified Colpitts circuit and the temperature regulator part uses a temperature-controlled circuit with dual operational amplifiers.The experiment results show that the OCXO’s phase noise is -140 dBc/Hz@100Hz、-160dBc/Hz@1kHz and -172dBc/Hz@100kHz; the short-term stability is 2.11E-12/1s and the frequency-temperature stability is ±3.0E-8 at -40℃ ~70℃ .

    Synchro/resolver electrical angle is a group of special AC electrical signals characterizing angle, output by synchro/resolver electrical angle sensor (motor). This paper introduces a device and approach to calibrate synchro/resolver electrical angle based on multiple-disk induction ratio. The reference quantity value of synchro/resolver electrical angle can be obtained by quasi-voltage balance and error voltage calculation method. With different connection modes, we realized the calibration for electrical angle ranging from 0°to 360° under synchronous and resolver condition, and the evaluation for the uncertainty of calibration device in synchronous mode. This approach features high accuracy, convenient operation, and fast-speed measurement, ensuring the traceability of synchro/resolver electric angle to reach the standard of induction voltage ratio. The calibration device meets the quantity traceability requirement of synchro/resolver electric angle in industrial automation and national defense field.

    In this paper, the writer introduces the system composition of a calibration device of fluxgate magnetometer, including three-axis magnetic coil in large opening and large uniformly distributed region, compensation method for non-uniformity of magnetic coil, compensation method for non-orthogonality of three-axis magnetic coil, etc. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the primary source of measurement uncertainty of the calibration device, and provides the verification results. This device can conduct calibration of indication error, linearity, non-orthogonality and other parameters in fluxgate magnetometer (including sensor), and has been applied in magnetic field testing system in more than ten units and calibrated fluxgate magnetometers in more than ten units.

    Aiming at the problems in the existing comparison quasi-static pressure calibration method based on the drop-weight device, a method of calibrating the pressure electrical measurement system by force sensor is proposed. The principal of pressure calibration by a force sensor is expounded, the design idea of the special force sensor is introduced, and the theoretical model of force and pressure is deduced. On this basis, many groups of calibration tests are carried out, and the linear mathematical model of force and pressure is obtained by the least square method. In addition, the stability of the model is examined by multiple groups of repeatability tests. The test results show that there is a good linear relationship between the peak force and the peak pressure, and the stability of the model is high. Compared with the peak pressure measured by the existing comparison quasi-static calibration method, the calculation error of the model is not more than 0.95%, and this method can be used as an effective pressure calibration method.

    For the radar and radio angle tracking system, it is hard to accurately predict the motion state of the target at the next moment in the target maneuvering process. This paper introduces an adaptive Kalman filter Using the“ current” statistical model of maneuvering target mean value adaptation, constructing an angular position angular velocity second-order observer to realize the maneuvering target Kalman filtering algorithm. Theoretical analysis of algorithms and models demonstrats the performance of the filter. Finally, the experimental results of the Kalman filter in the telemetry servo system are given, and the validity and reliability of the filter are verified.

    In order to meet the long-distance test requirement of outdoor antenna, a control method on open antenna test turntable is put forward. The antenna test system is composed of the PC test subsystem, the launch turntable subsystem and the receiving turntable subsystem. The remote communication between every subsystem is realized by wireless bridges. EtherCAT bus is put into use in turntable servo control because of its simple wiring form, easily to expand, fast speed of communication and low cost. Furthermore, TwinCAT and LabVIEW are used to program to develop the turntable controlling software. This paper introduces the control method of the servo system and the communication, analyze the positional accuracy and identify this antenna test system could satisfied all the needs by professional test.

    Aiming at the defects and actual requirements of the existing launch canister environment monitoring system, a passive wireless cartridge environment monitoring system based on the SAW sensor was designed by using the surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensing technology, and a variety of resonant SAW sensors were selected for integrated installation. The method of sharing the antenna realizes the simultaneous reading of the temperature and humidity pressure sensing information, and combines the characteristics of the reflected signal of the resonant SAW sensor to design a reader circuit, and realizes the function of transmission of the sweep signal, the wireless excitation SAW sensor, and the demodulated sensor reflection signal.

    The space solar power station (SSPS) is a huge and flexible space structure. The main functional structures of the SSPS are the solar array and the microwave transmitting antenna. The sun pointing solar array need not the same attitude control accuracy with the antenna. The vibration of the solar array caused by environmental torques and control forces is coupled with the vibration of the antenna. On board assembly technology is used to build the SSPS. And in each assembled unit there is a set of control system including the sensors and the actuators. Based on the above characteristics of the SSPS, the vibration of a long boom and the vibration during the assembly are analyzed to explain the difference between the SSPS and traditional satellite. A multi-level and multi-body control method is proposed by taking the distributed control method, the multi-control surfaces control method and multi-body spacecraft with active components control method as reference. A method for the vibration attenuation and isolation with physical partition structure is suggested to use in the control system. It will reduce the difficulty of controlling and the fuel consumption, improve the redundancy.

    The radioactivity exploration metrology station of ARCN has set up a set of γ logging model for a university, including four saturated model source: background, K, U and Th, The variance analysis method was used to test the radionuclide distribution homogeneity of mixed dry and pouring wet materials. The results show that the homogeneity of mixed dry material in the four models was better during the construction process, The F values of background, K, U, Th were 1.19, 1.44, 0.89, 1.89, which were less than F0.05(11,60)=1.96, The F values of pouring wet material were all higher than F0.05, but the standard deviation SH between groups and the standard deviation S2 within the group existed 0.1S2SH≤10S2. There were some stratification differences in pouring wet materials of each layer, but they were acceptable to a certain extent. The differences can be taken into account as a component of the uncertainty of the model. The practice results prove that the homogeneity of radionuclide distribution between each layer in the process of making the model is verified by ANOVA, and the uniformity of saturation model is accuraterliable, reliable and simple.
