    Study on Measuring the Pose of the Moving Object Based on Binocular Vision

    To the question of measuring the moving object pose, a high speed spatial pose measurement system based on binocular vision photography was designed. The system can record the course with high precision synchronization. Geometry constraint relation of the special markets and optimization algorithm based on coordinates of multi-points were used in the pose algorithm of the moving object. Experimental results and theoretical analysis prove that the pose measurement method is correct and reliable. The frequency of the pose measurement system is 100 frames per second. The measurment error of the pose angle is less than 0.04°.

    A measurement method of angle sensor′s dynamic angle error is presented aiming at the measure of angle sensor′s dynamic accuracy which needs to be solved extremely. Working Principal, process and the expression of measuring results in dynamic measurement are produced. The uncertainty of measurement result is also assessed. We find the electromagnetic effect from table induces reading unsteadiness, which makes a bigger uncertainty. The fixing error also makes the uncertainty bigger. A study direction is found to prefect the dynamic angle measurement method.

    The high-accuracy measurement on lithium-ion battery polepiece coating thickness is the prerequisite for good regulation. To satisfy the need of dynamic, non-contact and high-precision measuring, the online measuring system was designed that based on micrometric displacement measuring by non-contact capacitive sensor. The structure and circuit of sensor is introduced, the hardware system suitable for lithium-ion battery polepiece coating thickness measurement is constructed, and the practical testing system based on the virtual instrument technology for data sampling, linear correction and data record is developed. Through the experiment, the resolution of the sensor is 0.1um. By long running in measurement scene, it is proved that the system can meet the production requirements of measurement.

    For the case of the developing difficulty, long cycle and high cost of crosslink system, a whole system simulation architecture of crosslink was designed and realized. Based on simulation structure steps of ‘system’ plus ‘signal’, selection of constellation configuration and topology was discussed. The paper focused on the visibility analysis and crosslink optimizing, and made detailed analysis of crosslink signal′s measurement error. The analysis and simulation proposed are easy to implement, and can provide thorough analysis for the engineer, hoping to increase the research efficiency.

    In the present satellite navigation applications, the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) receiver must be able to work well at large dynamic environment. In order to capture rapidly satellite navigation signals at the large frequency deviation, this paper presents an improved Bi-Frequency domain calculation method which could parallel search code phase and Doppler shift. First, long correlation integral operation is divided into short correlation integration operation with double block zeros padding (DBZP) algorithm, quickly searching code phase with circular correlation combined with Fast Fourier Transform(FFT), significantly reducing the amount of computation. Then the amount of computation is largely reduced with equivalence principle of the frequency domain circular shift and time domain carrier peeling. Compared with continuous acquisition algorithms and single frequency domain acquisition algorithm under the same acquisition sensitivity conditions, operation time reduces 90%. It is suitable for rapid acquisition of GPS signals under large deviation conditions. Experiments show that the method can capture GPS signal ±500kHz within 0.1s.

    In order to test and debug the performance of servo loading controller, a hardware-in-the-loop simulation system (HILSS) is established. This variable parameter HILSS consists of a servo loading controller based on virtual instrument and a simulator based on CompactRIO. Load spectrum is loaded using PI control algorithm by the controller. The simulator simulates the operation state of the actual system depending on mathematical models of servo loading system, and completes tasks as follows: modeling, command reception, dynamic simulation, and simulation results output. A series of experimental results indicate that the HILSS can simulate the actual work of servo loading system and can be used for performance verification of the controller.

    In order to enhance the universal ability and expandability of inertial navigation testing system in vehicle, and inertial navigation of different kind could be tested in the same platform, a new inertial navigation testing and simulation system software is researched and designed. Components and structure of the system are introduced briefly in this paper. Due to the function of this system,the framework is divided into two parts,testing system and simulation system.Each part approach of realization is interpreted in detail. At the end the practice shows that this whole system has the characteristics of  strong realtime, stable operation and easy using.

    GPS one-way time transfer is a method to achieve local time and frequency reference calibration and traceability to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). However, time and frequency transfer performance is impacted due to the change of GPS satellite elevation angle. The basic principle of GPS one-way time transfer is generally described, and the reason why the GPS satellite angle will impact the performance of time and frequency transfer is also analyzed. Furthermore, the assessment method of time and frequency transfer performance is given. Finally, the impact on the performance of time and frequency transfer is tested according to the designed experiment. Moreover, the experiment results are given and analyzed. The experiment results indicate that GPS time and frequency transfer performance will be improved while the number of visible satellite decreases as the increase of satellite elevation mask. In the engineering field, the elevation mask should be set as 25°if the long-term stability is required in time and frequency transfer; while the elevation mask should be set as 5°if just the short-term stability is required.

    Aim at the difference of UAV flying environment between the offshore and onshore, the math model is constructed based on SINS/GPS integrated navigation. The navigation performance is simulated in the condition of GPS failure, the results indicate the control strategy is correct, the UAV can be parachute recovered on land and have a great engineering application value.

    The principle of causing the pixel response nonuniformity of CCD and the problems of CCD application are researched. An improved normalization algorithm is used by the method. Because of the arts and crafts, every pixel of charge coupled device has a different sensitivity. This problem can be solved by this algorithm. And the source error can be reduced effectively.     The hardware and software of scanning power supply are described. It provides an automatic and convenient way to measure characteristic parameters of plasma by Langmuir probe, thus, it is a key innovation point that is using software programmed by the graphical language LabVIEW, and it makes use of the computer hardware and software to control instruments. The design of hardware and software is presented in detail. The hardware consist of PCI-6251 acquisition data card, High-voltage power operational amplifier PA93, ISO 100AP, and NI virtual software LabVIEW. It is more accurate than the manual method, and it can deal with data and get the plasma (I-V) curve in time.

    Physics package is the key assembly of rubidium frequency standards (RFS). By analyzing the factors affecting frequency stability, the interior structure of physics package is modified. This physics package is designed according to the three cells scheme, in which an optical filter and a magnetron microwave cavity are used. A preliminary test shows that the temperature coefficient (TC) is 9.7×10-14/℃ and the frequency stability of the RFS is nearly 1×10-12τ-1/2(1s≤τ≤10 000s).

    In order to solve the difficulties to establish the mathematical model of tow target and the influence of height measurement error, active disturbances rejection control method based on neural network is proposed. The influence of mathematical model inaccuracy to the flight is reduced by design of active disturbances rejection control. With height and vertical acceleration as the input signals to neural network, the compensation for disturbance rejection control factor coefficient is got, which decreases the influence of height measurement error, and makes the compensation of controllor be corrected in real time. Simulation indicats that this method makes the flight performance of the tow target more accurate, effectively restrains the external interference ,and accomplishes goal of a constant high flying.

    The multi-channel data acquisition can be achieved by the relay switch matrix with software versatile configuration and without hardware change in different test flows. It is used in many model automatic test system. The test result is affected directly by the quality of the relay switch matrix function. The test method for the relay switch matrix function is introduced, the test system of the relay switch matrix function is designed. The data is analyzed by software automatically. The wrong of relay short and relay open, and pin soldered are tested automatically. The test scope is expanded and the test efficiency is increased dramatically.
