Abstract: This paper studies the influence of signal power on the phase measurement in high power microwave. Presents phase delay characteristic measurement of the phase delay characteristics under different excitation power states from mW to kW power level. Measuring system consists of high-power-microwave pulse source, directional couplers groups. Attenuators which are widely used in high-power-microwave phase measurement system were measured. Measurement results show that in 1kW power range, phase delay of those typical devices varies within ±2°, the phase delay characteristics can be considered with no changes for the different excitation power.
