Abstract: A calibration device of low temperature blackbody with large aperture is developed in the need of measuring more ranges. This device adopts working medium refrigerating technology to avoid using large amount of liquid nitrogen. It adopts upright radiating plate to convenient for IR camera operation. It also adopts dual parameter linkage control to realize high accuracy temperature control in wide range. This device uses anti-frosting technology, temperature revision and correction technology to lay solid foundation for calibration standard establishment.
