Research for the Stability of Fatigue Test Bench Based on A Straight Pipe and A Bend Pipe

Abstract: In order to study the pressure of a lifetime-determination experiment bench of a certain type of aircraft engine fan blade and reach the purpose of improving the stability of the test loading force, the method of simulation has been used. First, we established the experiment bench model based on MATLAB/SimHydraulics. Then, on the basis of the system model, we completed the research of the front line of the accumulator: study the different influences of the system pressure pulsation and load stability when the front line are straight tube and bending tube respectively. Last, simulated step by step by changing the curvature of the bend pipe. From the study we found that the simulation of highlow cycle fatigue test rig has reached the expected purpose based on bend pipe. The bend pipe with large curvature radius can increase the stability of the loading effectively under the experiment bench and steady the pressure of the system. In conclusion, this study provided necessary guidance to the design and production of experiment bench,  so that we can get better lifetime determination results.
