Abstract: The preliminary fault analysis, operation principle, removing process and common method of troubles, arised in the initial debuging stage of the analogue converter of telemetry intermediate equipment are introduced. The analogue converter can work as signal conditioning and interface when the electric parameters of tested object meet the requirement of telemetry transmission equipment by appropriate transformation and matching. It′s accuracy,reliability and safety will have a direct influence on overall performance of the system, whether it can function properly or not, will directly affect the result of test data.This study can provide reference for analogue converter debuggers and technologists.
