Abstract: For the challenge of traditional fabrication method for ¹³⁷Cs and ⁶⁰Co aero plane source in aero gamma spectrometer calibration, and ensure the uniformity of the plane, the modern grid lattice spraying technology was adopt, radioactive standard solution of ¹³⁷Cs and ⁶⁰Co were quantitative drip on the bottom liner filter paper individually, heat sealing after dried, fixed the plastic package slice on the trapezoidal aluminium plate with epoxy resin. 8 blocks of aluminium plate compose plane source of regular hexagon side length of 1m.The expanded uncertainly （k=2） of plane source is 4%, the heterogeneity is better than 10%.
