Throughput Optimization Strategy for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Assistance-Cognitive Radio Networks

Abstract: Using the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) as a mobile base station in the air can effectively increase the amount of transmitted data and improve the coverage of users.Therefore,for throughput optimization of Cognitive Radio Network(CRN) assisted by UAV,a strategy to maximize the throughput of primary and secondary network regions based on UAV power allocation and numbers of UAV is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the throughput objective function of the primary and secondary network regions is established.And the objective function is dealt with by non-convex.The logarithm inequality is used to solve the objective function.Finally,the optimal power of UAV and numbers of UAV are obtained.The performance analysis shows that the proposed throughput optimization strategy can maximize the network throughput.
