Abstract: In the new historical period,the global interconnection is accelerating,and a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution are rising.Measurement is the basis for the development of science and technology.The development of measurement technology is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,national security and an important symbol of national core competitiveness.National defense military industry measurement is not only the support and guarantee of national defense science,technology and industrial products,but also the firm cornerstone of promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the national economy.This paper focuses on the international development demand of national defense military metrology,and it is of great practical significance to combine the important measures of national strategy,the practical needs of equipment “going out” and the internal requirements of measurement innovation and development,and put forward relevant suggestions.
