Abstract: The design method of a photoelectric electronic level is introduced，using the CCD sensor sensitive iol surface to establish a horizontal datum, and through the computer system to realize the acquisition and processing of photoelectrical signals Through the analysis of the principle of photoelectric level measurement，the overall technical realization of photoelectric electronic level is expounded in detail. The hardware technology and the software technology are realized，and the principle prototype of the photoelectric electronic level is completed，the technology index is tested，the expected effect is achieved. This optoelectronic electronic level has the engineering application value.
