Abstract: Introduced the geometric factors which influenced the measurement accuracy of the dual camera industrial photogrammetric system and conducted an experimental test on them, further optimized the precision of the dualcamera industrial photographic system; by using the high accuracy single camera system as the reference, from the respect such as the photography distance, the baseline length and the baseline deviation from the axis position of the test field, the geometric structure of the dual camera measurement system is changed, then analysed and compared with the results of their data. In conclusion, the change of the baseline length and the photography distance has a great influence on position accuracy, and the contrast between the baseline is up to 0.3mm. The change of the angle between the optical axis is less affected, only 0.04mm.
