Abstract

Abstract: Voltage controlled oscillator（VCO） is widely used in automatic control，digital instrument and radio equipment，which is used to realize the conversion between voltage and frequency. This paper based on voltage controlled oscillator AD650 structure and working principle of a detailed analysis of the RC，according to system resources test SP3160VA VLSI，proposed the automatic test of VCO implementation method，including program design，implementation methods and main parameters of the external components.
