Abstract: The failure mode and effect analysis, and the risk assessment matrix are effective methords of safety analysis and evaluating. According to the need of the example analysis,the ordinary methord and process are provided, The flight safty of ship-based UAV is analyzed and evaluated, the improvement method is put forward on the basis of result.
