Design of a High Integrated and High Reliability Displacement and Differential Pressure Signal Transmitter

Abstract: The structure and improved features compared to the traditional of a new transmitter for the control system are introduced. No lead structure connected with hyperbola pin and socket is used for the transmitter. Displacement signal and differential pressure signal chip are integrated as a new chip. Sine wave function oscillator and power amplifier are used for driving the sensor. The principle of synchronous demodulation measurement signal is used, new designs are used for the optimization of power supply circuit, filter circuit and temperature drift compensation circuit, to improved the accuracy, integration and reliability of the transmitter for the control system with various environmental trial and experiment test.
