Research on Superlinearity Characteristics of the Thermoluminescence of Quartz

Abstract: The physical model of 110℃  thermoluminescence of quartz was theoretically constructed in the present work. The superlinearity of the thermoluminescence of quartz was explored. The rsults show that the superlinearity index of quartz thermoluminescence changes with irradiation dose. The maximal superlinearity index can be larger than 4 and the minimal index can only close to zero. When the predose is very large or annealing temperature is very high, T2traps are almost all occupied, there are no more competition traps, the superlinearity of quartz thermoluminescence disappears.
