The feasibility of measurement of straightness motion error for CMM based on Sequential Two Points Method was researched, the principle of measurement of Sequential Two Points Method was introduced and errors from the misalignment and adjustment sensors were analyzed quantificationally. According to the straightness motion error for existing CMM, the results indicated that the method of Sequential Two Points to measure straightness motion error,which can content with the requirements of the measurement accaracy,is practical and reliable.

The vibration of a beam is studied. A scanning laser vibrometer system is used to measure the natural frequency and modal of transverse and longitudinal vibration. The experimental results is well consistent with the theoretical modal analysis results. Compared with the results obtained from traditional transducer measurement, it shows that the measure accuracy can be improved by the laser Doppler technique and the problem of append mass and rigidness to the structure caused from transducer measurement can be solved. The technique is well used especially in the modal measurement of light and thin structure.

By building the microwave cavity model, the tuning procedure for microwave cavity in the compact cesium atom clock was simulated by using Ansoft HFSS 12.0. There was the curve relationship between cavity resonance frequency and the length in the tuner microwave of the rod tuner. The result shows that, with increasing the length of rod tuner in the tuner microwave, the cavity resonance frequency is decreased, when the radius of rod tuner is a constant, and the length of rod tuner is changed within a certain range. With increasing the radius of rod tuner, the range of cavity resonance frequency is increasing, meanwhile the influence of length on the cavity resonance frequency is increasing at the transition frequency of cesium atom. We suggest the optimal radius of rod tuner on the basis of the result in order to provide the basis for the structure and principle analysis of cavity in compact cesium atom clock and theoretical guidance for the cavity design and manufacture.

During the acquisition of spread spectrum signal, integration gain would be reduced and estimate of the carrier frequency would be mistaken, if reversal of information bit was met. As a result, probability of acquisition will fall and longer time will be taken. Error in the carrier frequency estimate is analyzed, on the assumption that the local code phase is right. It is shown that the error lies in inverse proportion to the integration time T, when the position of the reversal is acknowledged. In the worst case, it can reach 0.75/T Hz, and the tracking loop can not begin to work. In the end, an easy way to solve this problem is brought forward.

The control chip of this system is Freescale MC9S12XS128 microprocessor,and it’s monitor is used by backlight 12864-LCD display containing Chinese character library . The system software environment is Freescale CodeWarrior. To overcome the narrowband interference (NBI) in the direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) system, an antijam algorithm based on Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is introduced. The narrowband interference is detected and suppressed by FFT based on its power distribution different from the DSSS signal in frequency domain. And the synthesizable algorithm is implemented by Verilog HDL to achieve in the FPGA. Simulation and hardware test show that anti-jam block can suppress NBI and get back the original signal.

A design and implementation of automatic calibration software of fraction code delay for RNSS (Radio Navigation Satellite Server) signal transmitting channel for navigation satellite based on Matlab GUI is presented. The software controls a high sampling rate digital oscilloscope through GPIB interface. The Navigation satellite BPSK transmission signal and pules per second signal are sampled. With a digital signal processing algorithm, the phase transform point corresponding to chip level changement is determined, then fraction chip delay is obtained. The interface of software is friendly. The operation of software is easy and the display of the processing result is visual. The software has been applied to the integration test of navigation satellite.

According to the fact that the digital multimeter was detected have problems like various types, multipex calibration items and after the calibration, the uncertainty of the evaluation results should be given within the whole test range. Manual uncertainty evaluation was proved to be time-consuming, laborious, inefficient and prone to errors. Based on the VEE Pro software-exploiting platform, the system of automatic evaluation of uncertainty of measurement result of indication error of digital multimeter was developed. The system contains two moulds, the evaluation of uncertainty of digital multimeter with interface and the evaluation of uncertainty of digital multimeter without interface. Besides, the system could be automatically evaluated and saved the uncertainty data. And the uncertainty evaluation results of the indication error of dc voltage with examples could be showed up. The results show that the system is easy to operate; it can improve the working efficiency, reduce the man-made error and ensure the accuracy of test data.

The method of eliminating abnormal datas in multi-source fusion based on multi-wavelet basis and skewness analysis is presented.First,The multi-wavelet basis and scale wavelet decomposition to the sensor signals is carring out. Then, the weighted dada fusion algorithm is implemented to signals of the same waveletbasis decomposition on multi-scale.Last,the signal is reconstructed by inverse transformation of different waveletbasis. The final fusion is the estimate of target state,moreover by combining skewness analysis and threshold detection,we can detect and eliminate abnormal datas.Experimental shows that abnormal datas can be detected and eliminated efficiently and quickly by this method,then data processing precision can be risen,it is also easy to realize in project.
