A new type of low temperature tolerance displacement sensor is introduced, linear variable differential transformer principle is used in the displacement sensor. By using series of optimization design and low temperature resistant material selection to meet the system requirements of low-temperature environment, while one end is fixed and the other is hinged, a distal end flange mounting of wearing ring is supported,which overcomed the impact of the sensor caused by cantilever structure under vibration, shock mechanical environment ,the product stability in vibration conditions of work is improved , the problem of system installation compact is solved.

A type of dynamic infrared target simulator is designed for performance testing of infrared seeker. In the simulator, a Digital Micromirror Device (DMD) is used to perform reflection modulation blackbody infrared radiation, and an optical collimation system is used to achieve optical coupling of infrared scene generation system and infrared seeker. Optical collimation system has been designed and optimized by using ZEMAX software, and good imaging quality was achieved by optical collimation system, which is close to diffraction limit, i.e., the diameter of spot diagram is smaller than that of the Airy and the distortion is less than 0.1%. Experimental results show that the system has very good environmental adaptability, can be used for calibration of infrared seeker very well.

The frequently used angle was the plane angle in the International System of Units, so the starting point of classification should be the plane performance of the plane angle. Because of the plane was divided into geometric plane and physical plane, so the plane angle could be divided into two parts: geometric angle and physical angle. The geometric angle was divided into arbitrary angle (circle indexing angle), fixed angle and small angle; the physical angle was divided into projection angle on horizontal plane, projection angle on vertical plane and projection angle on specific plane. The new classification method was proposed just as suggestion for discussions.

Taking the pulse laser rangefinder for ranging error as application background, in this paper, the analytic form of the ranging error was given, and the impact of uncertainty to ranging error were presented according to the formula. Meanwhile, the uncertainty of the signal delay, response of detector and laser diode, crystal oscillator frequency, refractive index of air is calculated. A laser rangefinder was selected as the experimental object and the distance was tested at 500m~20000m. The experimental showed that the max relative standard uncertainty was 0.67m belong to test repeatability. It can meet the uncertainty 5m(
k
=2) ranging calibration. The performance of ranging error device can be effectively assessed with this formula, and it is of important guiding significance for the laser rangefinder and laser ranging error design.

The measuring method on launch vehicle flight′s mechanical environment with real-time, high-precision and low occupancy rate of resources is researched, especially under the complex mechanical environment of satellite-rocket separation, a novel presetting control method is proposed to realize the reuse of measurement resource on shock and noise. The traditional ground processing mode on shock and noise measuring is fully compared with our method and the difference is fully analyzed. The results show this novel method has good performance and provides valuable reference to the engineering application.

For the characteristics of rapid variant narrow beam antenna that connection time is short and accuracy requirement is very high, through the establishment of inter-satellite link antenna pointing error model, it is analyzed that the influence of deviation factors such as position of satellite, attitude and antenna installations to antenna pointing error. In order to improve the three-axis accelerometer′s measurement accuracy, an error model is established based on its error source and producing mechanism. Nonlinear observation equation is deduced by the error model and constant amplitude of gravity field. Through introduced two unknown parameter vectors, nonlinear observation equation is mathematically converted into a linear form relative to new unknown parameter. Then batch leastsquare method is used to estimate the new unknown parameters. Biases, scale factors and non orthogonal error are solved by inverse analytic arithmetic. The experimental results show that the maximum error of accelerometer can be reduced about 100 times and the accelerometer accuracy can reach 10

. Experiments have good repeatability. The method is a high efficiency batch least-square method and the compensation effect is remarkable.

To deal with the interference signal produced by the tools of the communication in the workplace of the transmitter, a novel temperature measurement signal isolation transmitter has been designed and developed. This novel transmitter can reject the interference signal effectively with the differential amplifier and isolation amplifier. The test results show that the transmitter has high measurement precision, strong interference rejection capability and great engineering values.

First, pressure measurement hole layout method is presented briefly, system redundancy is designed with double redundancy based on computer-in-database for reliability. In order to meet the demands of measuring cable-extension displacement testing instrument, the measurement and control software is developed .The software can control the high speed linear induction motor to drive the testing instrument, record the test data and realize the measurement. With the management of testing as the core task in the software, control servo system and storing data are finished by high level priority thread and timer. The experimental results demonstrate that the software design can meet the expected requirements. This software had been used in practice.

Air data computer is an important part of UAV airborne equipment. In order to enhance the efficiency and reduce costs, a method is given for design of an atmosphere data computer based on COTS(Commercial-off-the-shelf). The type-selected scheme of its hardware platform is presented. The function of system is on the basis of commercial uc/os operating system. This works were verified by experiment. Experiments have been testified that the designed system scheme is reasonable and efficient and it meets the design and appliance requirements of UAV.

Based on the FLUENT software package, the Sp-A turbulence model and AUSM computational format are used to calculate the maximum Match Number of the highest allowed temperature of the ceramic aluminum oxide at various of heights including 30 km, 45 km, 53 km, 60 km and 75 km by modeling the external filed of the atmosphere at ultrasonic speed. Results show that below 53 km, the maximum Match Number decreases with the height, and then increases. The changes have the same trend with the changes of the ambient temperature. The static temperature has the most significant influences to the stationary point.

The resistance-temperature characteristics of industrial platinum, copper thermal resistance and copper resistance are analysed, as an example, the method to improve the accuracy of industrial platinum thermal resistance temperature measurement is listed. Through the several points test of temperature sensor, the measured data curve is fitted by using the least square method, the new resistance-temperature conversion formula and indexing table are received. Comparison of the experimental data shows that this method can improve the accuracy of temperature measurement.
