Abstract

Abstract: There are several methods to generate the vortex wave. The generating method based on spiral phase plate is an important one. This paper simulates the vortex wave generating based on the spiral phase plate. Through the simulation，the amplitude and the phase distribution maps of the vortex wave generated by covering the aperture of the horn antenna with spiral phase plate are given.
