摘要: 基于1mN~10N力标准装置控制系统的设计研制为背景,介绍了力值标准装置的分类、原理、结构和组成。装置采用国内首创的设计结构,减小了力值复现不确定度,提高了力值标准装置的计量性能,为力值计量工作提供一种全新支承方式的静重式微小力值量值传递的手段,解决了高准确度微小力值传感器的量值溯源问题。装置技术指标达到测量范围1mN~0.5N,力值不确定度1.0×10-4k=2);测量范围0.5N~10N,力值不确定度4.0×10-5k=2)。该装置的控制系统、智能监控系统设计要点等,为力值专业的计量和测试人员提供了研究微小力值量值传递标准装置设计的技术指导,从而促进了高准确度微小力值的计量保障工作在全国范围内的深入开展。

Abstract: Based on the design and development of the control system of 1mN~10N force standard device,this paper introduces the classification,principle,structure and composition of force standard device.The device adopts the domestic first design structure,reduces the uncertainty of force value reproduction,improves the measurement performance of force value standard device,provides a new means of static weight micro force value transmission for force value measurement department,and solves the problem of value traceability of high accuracy micro force sensor.The key points of control system design and intelligent monitoring system design mentioned in this paper provide technical guidance for the measurement and testing personnel of force value specialty to study the design of micro force value transmission standard device,so as to promote the in-depth development of the measurement guarantee of high accuracy micro force value throughout the country.Measurement range of the device:1mN~0.5N,uncertainty of force value 1.0×10-4(k=2);Measurement range:0.5N~10N,force value uncertainty 4.0×10-5(k=2).
