摘要: 数值模拟方法是研究流体流场特性的有效手段之一,采用流体仿真手段,根据仿真实验数据,找出适合计算孔板流量系数的湍流模型,通过仿真等效直径、组合工况下同一孔板的流场分布,分析其实验数据并拟合其流量系数变化曲线,对实际流量试验有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: Numerical simulation simulation method is one of the effective methods of studying the characteristics of fluid flow field, the means of fluid simulation is used, according to the simulation data, the suitable turbulence model is found out to calculate the orifice discharge coefficient, through the simulation of equivalent diameter, combined working conditions is the same orifice flow field distribution, the experimental data is analysed and the curves of flow coefficient are fitted,it has the certain reference value for the actual flow test.
