大型舱体螺纹孔位置精度测量方法分析

摘要: 通过螺纹孔测量试验,获得了三坐标测量机测量的光孔与螺纹孔孔位偏差、激光跟踪仪和三坐标测量机测量的螺纹孔孔位偏差,分析了螺纹孔孔位偏差与其轴线相对端面垂直度的相关性,并获得了螺纹配合的间隙量。试验数据表明,激光跟踪仪和三坐标测量机测量的螺纹孔数据一致性较好,基于测量工装的螺纹孔位置测量数据与光孔测量数据最大偏差约0.2mm,螺纹孔垂直度误差是造成此偏差的一个因素,但螺纹配合的不确定性和容差性使此偏差对螺纹孔的使用影响较小。

Abstract: Through threaded hole measurement test, the position deviation between unthreaded hole and threaded hole based on coordinate measuring machine(CMM) is obtained, the threaded hole position deviation between laser tracker measurement and CMM measurement is obtained too. Besides,the relation between position precision and axes perpendicularity relative to end face is analyzed, clearance value of thread fit is measured also. The results show that, the threaded hole position deviation between laser tracker measurement and CMM measurement is small,the maximum deviation between unthreaded hole and threaded hole based on measuring screw is 0.2mm, the nonperpendicularity of threaded hole is a factor which caused this deviation .The deviation has little effect on thread hole usage, because of the uncertainty and tolerance of thread fit.
