(75~325)GHz毫米波量热计吸收负载研制

摘要: 功率作为微波毫米波计量的最基础参数之一,其测量结果对雷达、通信、遥感等领域的研究和应用具有重要参考价值。研制(50~75)GHz,(75~110)GHz,(110~170)GHz等频段的量热式功率计量标准时,传统吸收负载可采用内部嵌入微型表贴电阻的楔形吸波负载作为微波直流功率替代器件。这种负载存在的问题有以下两点:一是加工难度较大,很难继续向上进行频段扩展;二是传统的毫米波吸波材料在70 GHz以上频段体现出无磁性特征,吸波能力显著下降。基于以上背景,开展了(75~325)GHz直波导形式波导负载研究,包括基于多层体掺杂键合硅片形式的超宽带匹配负载研究。多层体掺杂硅片组合实现了宽频带低反射特性,研制了(75~110)GHz,(140~220)GHz,(220~325)GHz共3个频段的吸收负载。实测电压驻波比的典型值在1.12以下。

Abstract: Power is one of the most basic parameters of microwave and millimeter wave measurement,and its measurement results have important reference value for research and applications in radar,communication,remote sensing and other fields.For the calorimetric power metering standards in the frequency bands of (50~75) GHz,(75~110) GHz,(110~170) GHz, etc.Traditional absorbing loads can use wedge-shaped absorbing loads embedded with micro surface mount resistors as microwave DC power replacement devices.There are two problems with this kind of load:first,it is difficult to process,and it is difficult to continue to expand the frequency band upward;second,because the traditional millimeter-wave absorbing materials show non-magnetic characteristics in the frequency band above 70 GHz,the absorbing ability is remarkable decline.Based on the above background,this paper has carried out the research on the waveguide load in the form of straight waveguide from 75 GHz to 325 GHz, including the research and development of the ultra-wideband matching load in the form of multi-layer bulk doped bonded silicon wafers.The combination of multi-layer bulk doped silicon wafers achieves broadband and low reflection characteristics.The typical value of the measured standing wave of the absorbing load in the three frequency bands of (75~110) GHz, (140~220) GHz and (220~325) GHz is below 1.12.
