摘要: 针对新型航空相机操纵器的特点,提出基于PC104单板机的综合检测系统,介绍了检测系统的总体设计,描述了ARINC429、ARINC407及串口差分信号接口数据的模拟设计。通过模拟航空相机及机载总线数据的收发,实现对操纵系统机载总线数据接口状态的实时检测,并可利用串口实现系统状态信息收集,监控诊断操纵器状态。经实验证明,该检测设备仿真的总线数据准确,按维护规程要求实现对操纵器性能的全面检测,满足设计要求。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of the new airborne camera operator, an integrated detection system based on PC104 single board computer is presented, the general design of the detection system is introduced, the interface data simulation design of the ARINC429, ARINC407 and serial differential signals is described. Real-time detection of the bus data interface state is realized by the simulation of bus data sending and receiving, the system state is monitored by serial interface. The experiment proved that the bus data simulated by the detection equipment is accurate, the equipment can be used to collect information and monitor the status of the operator by serial communication, completes inspection of the operator performance according to the maintenance procedure, and meets design requirements.
