一种相机总线数据仿真系统改进研究

摘要: 针对以51单片机为核心的航空机载设备总线数据仿真系统存在的问题,提出并设计了基于PC104嵌入式系统为核心的总线数据仿真系统。该系统利用ZHHK429-PC104-Plus板卡和自研的ARINC407接口卡,结合25.4cm(10 in)工业级触控彩色显示屏对原系统进行了改进设计,基于Windows Embedded XP操作系统结合LabVIEW实现图形化软件开发,实现了机载惯导和大气机数据仿真输出,使相机在工作房内即可完成全状态通电检测。经测试,该总线数据仿真系统,在原有系统的基础上,各项性能都有明显提升。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in the bus data simulation system of airborne equipment based on 51single chip microcomputer,a bus data simulation system based on PC104 embedded system is proposed and designed.The system uses ZHHK429-PC104-Plus board and self-developed ARINC407 interface card,combined with 10-inch industrial touch color display screen,to improve the design of the original system,the development of graphical software is finished based on the Windows Embedded XP operating system combined with LabVIEW,inertial navigation and atmospheric machine data simulation output is achieved,the full state power detection of camera system can be finished in the workshop.Tests show that the system all performance indexes have been obviously improved on the basis of the original system.
