摘要: 针对微振动难以察觉、振动测量中接触式的电测法需要布置大量传感器、非接触式的光测法测量速度慢且价格昂贵的问题,设计了基于视觉的便携式微振动可视化测量仪。提出了基于盲源分离的灰度平均测量算法以提取振动信号,结合视频放大算法实现微振动可视化,并基于嵌入式开发平台将测量系统集成为便携式仪器。在试验中,良好的可视化效果和准确的测量结果验证了所提方法的有效性,可为振动测量中存在的问题提供新的解决思路。

Abstract: Aiming at the undetectable micro-vibration,the large amount sensors and difficult arrangement in the contact vibration measurement,and inefficiency and costliness of optical vibration measurement,a vision-based portable micro-vibration visualization measuring instrument is designed.A gray-scale average measurement algorithm based on blind source separation is proposed to extract vibration signals,and the video amplification algorithm is used to make the micro-vibration visualization.Furthermore,the measurement system is integrated into a portable instrument based on an embedded development platform.The testing results,which provides positive visualization and accurate measurement,are presented to validate the effectiveness of this proposed method,which can be provided to solve the problems existing in the vibration measurement.
