贮运箱监测仪表在线综合检测装置设计

摘要: 针对贮运箱监测仪表损坏、失效率较高的实际,结合贮运箱环境保障模式和监测仪表检定、校准,提出了维护过程中对贮运箱监测仪表进行检测的的方法,设计了基于微处理系统的多参数综合性检测设备,采用模拟与数字传感器双路反馈控制策略及比例对阀门执行机构,设计了高精度标准气压产生与控制执行系统及适配器单元,实现了检测过程中贮运箱压力的精确控制和贮运箱压力传感器全量程检测,同时,设计了高精度温度和湿度测量单元,实现了贮运箱温度、湿度传感器的单点检测和泄漏率精确测量,提高了贮运箱检测效率,对装备完好率提升具有重要意义。

Abstract: In view of the fact that the monitoring instrument of the storage and transportation box is damaged and has a high failure rate, combined with the environmental protection mode of the storage and transportation box and the verification and calibration of the monitoring instrument, this paper puts forward the detection method of the monitoring instrument of the storage and transportation box in the maintenance process, and designs the multi parameter comprehensive detection equipment based on the micro processing system, By adopting the dual feedback control strategy of analog and digital sensors and proportional control for the valve actuator, a high-precision standard air pressure generation and control execution system and adapter unit are designed to realize the accurate control of the storage and transportation tank pressure in the detection process and the full range detection of the storage and transportation tank pressure sensor. At the same time, a high-precision temperature and humidity measurement unit is designed to realize the storage and transportation tank temperature and humidity measurement The single point detection and accurate leakage rate measurement of humidity sensor improve the detection efficiency of storage and transportation box, which is of great significance to improve the equipment integrity rate.
