热阻式热流传感器校准用热板设计与仿真

摘要: 介绍了热阻式热流传感器的应用场合,对其校准方法-保护热板法进行了介绍,对校准用热板设计方案进行了对比,最终选用一体化离心浇铸式加热平板方案进行设计,并运用有限元软件对热板温度场进行了仿真,优化了结构设计。

Abstract: The thermal resistance of the heat flux sensor applications are mainly introduced in this paper.The design schemes of the hot plate are compared, and the integrated centrifugal casting heating plate scheme is chosen. Finally, the finite element software is used to analyze the temperature field of the hot plate.
