摘要: 随着通用仪器各种标准总线、接口日益完善,仪器计量自动化水平也不断提高。但是由于测试项目不同,计量过程中需要不断切换连接对象。这严重制约着计量效率的提升。同时,不断切换连接对象,也加速了仪器接口以及连接电缆的损耗。基于频谱分析仪校准规范和检定规程,研制智能开关中枢,通过智能开关中枢完成被测频谱分析仪和标准器具的互联互通,实现频谱分析仪单次连接的一键式智能计量。

Abstract: With the increasingly perfected constantly improving of the general instrument various standard bus and interface,the level of automation of instrument metering is also improving continuously.However,due to different test items,connection objects need to be constantly switched in the metering process.This seriously restricts the improvement of measurement efficiency.At the same time,constantly switching the connection object also accelerates the loss of the instrument interface and the connection cable.Based on the calibration specifications and verification procedures of the spectrum analyzer,the intelligent switch center is developed.Through the intelligent switch center,the interconnection between the measured spectrum analyzer and the standard instrument is completed,and the one-button intelligent metering with single connection of the spectrum analyzer is realized.
