远地点发动机推力矢量不确定度评估方法

摘要: 远地点发动机的推力矢量参数是卫星总装时的重要参考依据。对其不确定度的评估一直采用GUM法,存在输入量组合覆盖性不全的问题。简述了动态轴推力矢量测量的数学模型,概述了GUM法的评估过程和结果,详述了蒙特卡洛法的原理、适用性和具体评估过程,并将评估结果与GUM法的结果进行了比较。比较结果表明,在远地点发动机推力矢量参数不确定度评估中,蒙特卡洛法更为适用,可以验证GUM法的有效性。

Abstract: The thrust vector parameters of apogee engine are important reference of satellite assembly. The GUM method has been used to evaluate its uncertainty, but there is a problem of insufficient coverage for input combination. The mathematical model of dynamic axial thrust vector measurement is introduced, and the evaluation process of the GUM method is summarized in the paper. The principle, applicability and specific evaluation process of Monte Carlo method are described in detail, and the evaluation results are compared with those of the GUM method. The comparison results show that the Monte Carlo method is more suitable than the GUM method for the uncertainty evaluation of apogee engine thrust vector parameters, which can verify the available of the GUM method.
