摘要: 面对高密度、高强度的批产卫星研制形势,针对传统测试局部孤立优化、系统工程性不足导致总体效能提升受限的问题,本文从测试设计、测试实施、测试评估的综合测试全链路出发,提出了“测试设计数字化、测试系统敏捷化、测试实施流水化、测试数据云端化、测试评估智能化”的综合测试技术体系,并开展了测试系统、测试数据、测试评估等方面的技术探索,在型号研制中发挥了良好作用,可作为国内航天器综合测试技术发展与应用的参考。

Abstract: Under the high-density and high-intensity development situation of batch satellite, aiming at the problem that the traditional test is optimized in isolation and insufficient in system engineering, which leads to the limited improvement of the overall performance, the integrated test technology system of “digital test design, agile test system, pipelined test implementation, cloud-based test data and intelligent test evaluation” is proposed based-on system engineering for the whole test link of test design, test implement and test evaluation. The technical exploration of test system, test data and test evaluation is carried out, which has played a good role in satellite development. The mode of integrated test can be used as a reference for the development and application of domestic spacecraft integrated test technology.
