液压表级联式综合检定装置的设计

摘要: 设计了基于级联式检定模型的液压表综合检定装置,详细论述了装置检定过程整体控制方案和工作原理,装置气驱液压力高效精确生成与控制、精密气驱液造压执行部件的技术设计,以及自动检定软件架构的设计;经实验测试,装置压力产生速度快、控制精度高、稳定性好,可同时实现对多种多类液压仪表的快速自动检定,可作为0.05级计量器具使用,且计量检定效率较手动检定提高了5倍。

Abstract: The Abstract Hydraulic pressure gauge is designed by the comprehensive verification device of the hydraulic pressure gauge,and based on cascading verification model.It's discussed the mechanism and the control program of the verification process, such as the efficient and precise generation and control of gas-induced liquid pressure. The technical design of the component which uses gas to induce liquid pressure and the design of automatic verification software structure. After experimental testing, features of the device include higher pressure-generation speed, higher precision and greater stability. It can be realized quick and automatic verification of different hydraulic pressure gauge simultaneously. The equipment can be classified as grade-0.05, and the efficiency increases 5 times as compared with the manual verification.
