摘要: 针对大型结构的谐振频率低,用于其模态测试的振动通道多,系统复杂的特点。本文系统介绍了一种频率范围为0.1Hz~20Hz可用于现场低频振动测试系统校准的振动校准装置。可以有效地解决运载火箭等大型结构模态试验的振动测试系统的现场整体校准问题,对于提高模态试验的效率,节约送检时间等起到了重要的作用。

Abstract: For large Structure, the resonance frequency is very low and the model test system is complex with more test channels. A portable low frequency vibration calibration system for field service is introduced, the system has a frequency range from 0.1Hz to 20Hz and it was used in field calibration service for the model test system of large structures such as launch vehicle etc. Using this calibration system, the testing efficiency and measurement accuracy were significantly improved.
