基于光学自准直原理的喷管角度偏差测量方法研究

摘要: 提出了一种基于光学自淮直原理的喷管角度偏差测量方法,通过专用靶标将庭拟的喷管轴线等效替代为靶标轴端反光镜的法线,实现发动机喷管基淮孔轴线空间角度偏差的快速准确、实时測量,及时提供测量数据,有效保证零件、部件和发动机总装的质量一致性和可 靠性。利用该方法研制了一套发动机多喷管轴线角度偏差自动测量装置并进行了试验验证,结果表明该装置测量精度与三坐标表测量机的测量精度按近,符合测量误差分析,满足使用要求。

Abstract:

A method for measuring nozzle angle deviation based on the principle of optical autocollimation is proposed. The virtual nozzle axis is equivalently replaced by the normal of the target shaft end reflector, the engine nozzle reference hole axis space attitude had been rapidly achieved and accurately deviated. the quality consistency and reliability of parts, components assemblies could been Real-time guaranted. An automatic measuring deviation of multi nozzle is developed and verified by experiments, the results show that the measurement accuracy of the device is close to that of the CMM, which meets the analysis of measurement error and meets the requirements of application.
