摘要: 基于传感器比较法,开展冲击加速度校准方法研究。采用气动活塞式冲击激励发生技术和PXI总线数据采集分析技术,研制冲击加速度校准装置,运用LabVIEW软件编写了校准软件,并对装置进行测量不确定度评估,该装置可为国防军工产品冲击试验提供冲击加速度参数的量值溯源。

Abstract: According to the method of comparison to a reference transducer, the approach for the calibration of impact acceleration is studied. Based on technology of impact excitation by pneumatic piston and technology of data acquisition by PXI bus, impact acceleration calibration device is established. The calibration software is programmed on LabVIEW, and the measurement uncertainty of device is evaluated. The calibration device can be used for national defense products shock test traceability of impact acceleration.
