高低温条件下力传感器校准装置研究

摘要: 通过进行力发生装置、高低温发生装置及连接工装设计,研制了一套高低温条件下力传感器校准装置,实现了在-80℃~400℃温度条件下,力值范围10kN~1000kN力传感器的校准,有效地解决了力传感器在高低温条件下的溯源难题。

Abstract: The force transducer calibration device at high and low temperature environment is developed through the design of the force generating device, the high and low temperature test chamber and the connecting structure. The calibration of the force transducer with the range of 10kN~1000kN at high and low temperature environment from -80℃to 400℃is achieved. The technical problem that the force transducer cannot be traced at high and low temperature environment is solved.
