全氟磺酸树脂中空纤维膜压缩空气除湿性能研究

Research on the Hollow Fiber Membranes Spun with #br# Perfluorosulfonic Resin for Compressed Air Dehumidification

摘要: 利用全氟磺酸树脂制备了中空纤维膜,研究了其在真空模式和反吹模式下的压缩空气除湿性能。结果表明,全氟磺酸树脂中空纤维膜在两种工作模式下都具有良好的除湿性能,工作压力、进气流量、反吹比例、真空度会影响除湿性能。在工作压力0.4MPa、进气流量1L/min真空度5kPa时,产气露点可以达到-39.4℃。

Abstract: Hollow fiber membranes were made by perfluorosulfonic resin and furthermore their dehumidification perfomance for compressed air were tested under vacuum mode and reversesweep mode by actual experiments. The results show that the hollow membranes have excellent dehumidification perfomance under both working modes. Working pressure, inlet flow rate,  reverse sweep ratio, vacuum degree could influence the dehumidification performance. Under an operating pressure of 0.4MPa, the inlet flow rate of 1L/min and vacuum degree of 5kPa, the dew point of the compressed air can be reduced to -39.4℃.
