摘要: 提出了使用激光跟踪仪测量系统对立方镜姿态进行测量的方法。首先,根据反射原理及平面镜光学成像原理对立方镜法线进行测量,然后建立立方镜的角度坐标系,并标定多个立方镜坐标系间的转换矩阵。通过单个立方镜姿态测量及2 个立方镜间坐标系转换矩阵标定的实验,验证了方法的可行性。实验结果表明,
最大标定误差优于5″,满足测量精度的要求。

Abstract: The method of cubic mirror attitude measurement by laser tracker is proposed. Normal measurement of cubic mirror is based on reflection principle and the principle of optical imagery, an angle coordinate system is established, and conversion matrix between two cubic mirrors is calibrated. The experiments of a cubic mirror attitude measurement and calibration of the conversion matrix between two cubic mirrors is presented. The measuring results from experiments show that the method is feasible and the maximum calibration error is better than 5″ and satisfy the precision requirement of the measurement.
