静压气浮轴系回转精度测量方法研究

摘要:

在对静压气浮轴承工作原理和气浮轴系回转精度分析的基础上,提出了适合空间翻转运动静压气浮轴系回转精度的测量方法,设计了测量装置并开发了测量软件,进行了测量结果的不确定度分析,最后完成了具有空间翻转运动静压气浮轴系的回转精度测量。实验结果表明,静压气浮轴系回转精度测量方法简单可行,测量结果准确,稳定性好,能够满足空间翻转运动条件下的静压气浮轴系回转精度测量要求。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the working principle of aerostatic shaft and the analysis of the accuracy of the gas bearing shafting, a method for measuring the static pressure of the drostatic gasbearing shafting was presented. A measuring device was designed, and the measuring software was developed. The uncertainty of the measurement result was analyzed. Finally the rotation accuracy of the static pressure gasbearing shafting with space turning motion was measured. The experimental results show that the rotary precision measurement of hydrostatic gasbearing shafting is simple and feasible, measurement results is accuracy and stability is high, which can meet the measuring requirements for rotaion accuray of hudrostatic gasbearing shafting under space turning movement aerostatic shaft rotary accuracy.
