一种垂直度测量方法及其国际比对

摘要: 介绍了北京航天计量测试技术研究所参加亚太实验室认可合作组织(APLAC)垂直度测量比对的情况,利用垂直度标准装置对平行直角尺样件的外角和内角进行打表法比较测量,采用样件调转180°测量的误差分离技术,消减了标准装置的垂直度误差影响,并进行测量不确定度分析。比对结果证明所有的测量点获得En值小于1的满意结果。

Abstract: The progress is introduced that Beijing aerospace institute for metrology and measurement technology participated in the international comparison on perpendicularity measurement, which was held by Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC). The perpendicularity of inner and outer angle on the square was measured with the dial indicator of perpendicularity standard device. The error separation technology was used in the measurement by turning the square sample to 180° in order to eliminates the influence of the perpendicularity error. The measuring uncertainty was also analysed. The result of comparison shows that the En score of all the measuring points are less than 1 perfectly.
